TGH Ice Plex (Formerly Ice Sports Forum) is a 2-sheet Figure Skating and Hockey Rink. Founded in 1997, we offer instruction, hockey league play for youth and adults of all skill levels, and figure skating competitions & shows. We also offer public skate, laser tag, birthday parties, group events, restaurant, pro shop, and arcade.
Learn to Skate
The TGH Ice Plex Skating School is a member of the Ice Sports Industry (ISI). We model our Skating School program from this nationally recognized recreational based skating program. Each class level teaches skills that continually build upon the skills that were achieved in the previous level. It is very important to learn the basic skills so that a skater has a strong foundation to keep progressing forward. A successful completion of each class level may take more than one 8-week session. Each class is 30 minutes of instructional lesson and 15 minutes of practice time. The ISI has membership opportunity which enables a beginning skater to compete in local and national competitions, perform in recitals and holiday shows, test for badges, and receive a membership card and skating magazines.
Learn to Play
It is required to complete learn to skate class (pre-alpha) before entering into our intro to hockey program.
Intro to Hockey is broken up into three levels and will place kids accordingly based on age, skill and hockey background. This program introduces new hockey players to the basic fundamentals of hockey including, proper skating techniques, puck control, shooting and passing techniques, and everything in between!
All levels incorporate hockey skills with motor, physical, mental and social skills in a positive environment on and off the ice. This program builds self-esteem, confidence, promotes good sportsmanship and fair play while instilling love and passion for the game of hockey!

Ice Sports Forum offers In-House Rec Hockey Leagues for kids from age 5 and up. We also have SFHL Travel Teams from Mites to Bantams. In the Fall, we host TBLHF High School games, and run an In-House High School League in the Spring.
