There are not as many 16U in-house programs as in younger groups. There are other options including high school hockey, travel, and tournament teams. A few rinks still offer a 16U program, sometimes combined with 14U and/or 18U. For example; Center Ice, CIA and TBSA all offer 14U/16U programs combined while TGH Ice Plex in Brandon doesn’t offer anything above 14U.
